November 2 Week 9Macaron 9 Raspberry macaron with lime curd buttecream. A nice burst of color, I love the pink and green contrast. They are the perfect girly macaron, but then again they all are? I used yet another recipe and I think I am happy with how they turned out. I did not have my piping bag so I hade to use a ziploc which did not do a great job. Oh well, they still tasted delish!
My kid would go ape over these. He eats anything colorful. I'm loving this blog, missy - keep 'em comin'!
