November 9 Week 10 Macaron 10: Chocolate Macaron with Peanut Butter and Cocoa Nib Buttercream. I have been in such a chocolate mood this week, I felt that it was time for the chocolate macaron to make an appearance. Yesterday I had brunch at this restaurant and the waffle of the day was a plain waffle with spiced apples and peanut butter whipped cream. Yum. I have had my mind on peanut butter ever since. The nibs add a nice crunch to the buttercream and it's nice and light and delicious.
