November 16 Week 11Macaron 11: Vanilla with Rose Buttercream. Well I have finally perfected the macaron. This is it. I could stop the blog that ,is how good this batch were. I have reached perfection and the giddiness that took over me was too much. I could not contain myself. Perfect. Good shiny tops, good feet, and no hollow middles. Perfect chewiness. I am in love. The rose water buttercream was a bit of heaven too. I used a new buttercream recipe and it was so smooth and just a small hint of rose lingered. Wonderful.
