November 30 Week 13Macaron 13 Earl Grey with Lemon Curd Mascarpone. This is what love tastes like. Grey and yellow is one of my favorite color combinations. Since they are no rules for macarons I created this color and taste combination. Early Grey is my favorite tea and and I adore anything and everything lemon and grapefruit. By far one of my most favorite creations so far. I made the lemon curd from scratch and that was divine. Even warm, I sort of wanted to eat it like soup. I added some mascarpone which separted a little from the lemon. Dairy and lemon never mix well for me but, the filling was perfect, lemony mascarpone. Bliss.
