Week 26 March 1 Macaron 26 Lime with Strawberry Buttercream. This macaron was rather summerish but it sounded so good. I put about 2 teaspoons of lime zest in the batter and I was amazed how much lime taste came through. I also had some strawberry jam that I made to I mixed it in the buttercream. This was a tasty combination and I love the pink and green color.
