Macaron 24 Chocolate with white chocolate and toasted coconut buttercream. Sometimes in the night I will wake up and think about something I want to make or a new recipe to try out. Last night I woke up thinking about turquoise macarons. Usually when I make chocolate macarons I use cocoa powder, but today I used chocolate extract and dyed them this beautiful turquoise color. The coconut was a perfect fit, crunchy and looks so pretty with it.
