October 12 Week 6Macaron 6: Little Black Macaron. Last week I delivered an order of chocolate macarons to Little Black Dress on Cherry Street. I chatted with the ever so delightful owner Kelly for a little and left inspired to make a signature macron for the store. What I came up with this, a chocolate macaron with sea salt sprinkled on top, and for the filling caramel buttercream with caramel drizzled inside and on top. A messy, but oh so delightful macaron. The salt was delicious and actually paired nicely with the chocolate and caramel. Soon to be classic I am sure. Other exciting news is that I am starting an Etsy page just for my macarons. They will never be more than a click away!!!
