Week 21 January 25Macaron 21 Vanilla bean with banana caramel buttercream. I realize after making this macaron this one makes three weeks of vanilla. Last week, promise. Next week something new. I was in a Caribbean mood. Probably because I want a Caribbean vacation. I am cooking vicariously through my vacation dreams. I just adore the color of this one too. A perfect shade of yellow, which has slowly made its way in my heart as my favorite color. How did this happen?
