Week 17 December 28Macaron 17. Raspberry Macaron with Champagne Mousse. A macaron fit for the new year. Like drinking chambord in champagne. I am really fascinated by the mousse. It is very very rich and has a slight alcoholic taste. Champagne is my favorite alcoholic beverage and how can you beat raspberries. The macaron color is also perfect! I love this macaron, a holiday must!
