Macaron 1: Cinnamon with Pumpkin Cream
The most perfect fall macaron. A nice spicy cinnamon macaron with the most delicious pumpkin cream. The cream is laced with cloves and there is a little cream cheese mixed in. It is a little bit more runny than a buttercream and when sandwiched is drips just a little making it a lovely chewy and crunchy sandwich.
Molly, these look DELICIOUS!! When can we order some? Great job and good luck on your hunt for the perfect macaron. I was in Little Black Dress the other day after you had dropped a box off and they looked magnificent!
