Macaron 30 Coffee with Brown Butter Buttercream. Usually when I make my macarons, I eat one give the rest away. Not with this batch. They are too good Seriously, I am going to give myself some sort of sugar shock, possibly. A favorite for sure. The coffee flavor is strong but sweet and the buttercream is enough to make my head explode. Too Good!!!!

Macaron 29 Lemon with raspberry cream cheese buttercream. So finally my time has come on Food 52. Contest of the week is almond macarons! I have been waiting a really long time for this. And another thing, I was told this week that my macarons taste like the real French ones. The best compliment I could ever be given. So this is the macaron I am going to submit!

Macaron 28 Pineapple with Vanilla Cream Cheese Buttecream. I bought some new extracts and I just love them. Pineapple is such a strange sweet flavor so I though vanilla would be the most mild of flavors to go with it.

Macaon 27 Chocolate with Strawberry Buttercream. A classic if you ask me. Chocolate dyed purple with silver glitter. I know I am using the same buttercream from last week but I could not help it. So tasty.
